The program supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by focusing on the following:
Employment Potential: Helps participants develop job-related skills, gain work experience, and access resources that improve their chances of finding and maintaining meaningful employment.
Natural Supports: Strengthens informal support networks such as family, friends, neighbors, or coworkers to provide consistent assistance and encouragement outside formal services.
Independence: Promotes self-sufficiency through skill-building in areas like decision-making, communication, and daily living, helping individuals take greater control over their lives.
Community Participation & Inclusion: Facilitates meaningful involvement in local activities, organizations, and events, ensuring participants feel welcomed, respected, and integrated within the community.
Our Respite Services, offered both in-home and in the community, provide families and caregivers with the essential break they need while ensuring individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, ADHD, or behavioral challenges receive quality care. Delivered by trained professionals and guided by BCBA-developed strategies, our respite care focuses on more than just supervision—it’s an opportunity to reinforce positive behaviors, build life skills, and encourage social engagement in familiar or new environments. Whether at home, out in the community, or during recreational activities, we tailor our approach to meet each individual’s needs, ensuring they stay safe, engaged, and supported. Our goal is to give caregivers peace of mind while empowering individuals to enjoy meaningful experiences and maintain progress toward their personal goals
The In-Home and Community Supports service is designed to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in leading fulfilling and independent lives within their homes and communities. This service aims to enhance the quality of life by promoting self-sufficiency, community participation, and personal development. Guided by certified BCBAs, we focus on real-world learning by helping individuals develop essential skills—like communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction—within the environments where they live and engage daily. Through comprehensive assessments, we design customized behavior plans and work closely with families and caregivers to ensure strategies are practical, effective, and sustainable.
Our Behavior Support Services, provided by certified BCBAs, are tailored for individuals of all ages with autism, developmental disabilities, ADHD, or other behavioral challenges.
We start with a thorough assessment to understand the person’s unique needs, then develop personalized behavior plans focused on promoting positive behaviors, reducing challenges, and building essential life skills like communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation. Through ongoing support, caregiver training, and collaboration with families, schools, and communities, we ensure consistent progress.
Whether at home, school, or in the community, our goal is to help individuals thrive in their environments and reach their full potential
